Application Procedures

Students seeking financial aid at ACCHS must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa. The school code for ACCHS is G32883. The FAFSA must be submitted annually, and students should adhere to all deadlines set by the Financial Aid Office.

Financial aid at ACCHS is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible students who demonstrate financial need. Types of aid available include federal grants, loans, and work-study programs.

ACCHS observes Constitution Day by hosting educational events and activities on or around September 17th each year. These events aim to promote understanding and appreciation of the U.S. Constitution among students and staff.

ACCHS supports selective service registration for students seeking financial aid. Male students between the ages of 18 and 25 must register with the Selective Service System to be eligible for federal student aid.

ACCHS has a policy regarding the disclosure of education records concerning registered sex offenders. The school complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and other applicable laws to protect student privacy and safety.

ACCHS collects, manages, and discloses statistics, policies, and educational programs related to dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. This information is available to students, employees, and the public upon request.

ACCHS maintains an annual security log and a crime log, as required by the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act. The school also publishes crime statistics annually to provide transparency and promote campus safety.
