关于艺术家 | About Pan Hsinhua
潘信华：1966年生于台东太麻里，1991年毕业于台北艺术大学美术系。
他在传统与实验之间持续探索，以独特的设色工法与哲思笔触构成当代“心象图志”。
其作品被波士顿美术馆、台北市立美术馆、高雄市立美术馆等收藏。
Born in Taimali, Taitung, Pan Hsinhua graduated from Taipei National University of the Arts in 1991.
His reinterpretation of ink and pigment redefines spiritual geography for contemporary times.
Collections include MFA Boston, NTMoFA, and Taipei Fine Arts Museum.

Phenomena of Qi: Pan Hsinhua’s Realm of Living Breath
在岛屿的东缘，有人以画笔追问风的形体。
他名潘信华，出身台东太麻里，童年闻木香、看山海。
他笔下的“炁”，不只是山水的气息，更是生命在流动。
At the margin of an island, an artist paints the contour of the wind.
His name is Pan Hsinhua, born in Taimali, Taitung, where the scent of wood mingles with the sea.
The “Qi” in his work is not mere air—it is breath, pulse, and being.

他行走在传统与当代的夹缝，不依循文人笔墨的气韵，
也不屈从西方的光影法则。
他以没骨与设色之法，造出一个无透视的世界——
童子、山兽、残屋、灵草，交错而生。
它们如记忆的碎片，如梦的残响。
He walks where tradition meets the contemporary—
rejecting literati conventions and Western perspective alike.
Through wash and color, he builds a world beyond vanishing points—
where children, stones, beasts, and ruins coexist like fragments of a lucid dream.
