Dr. Jamie earned her doctorate in Orthopedic Acupuncture and Classical Chinese Medicine from the Academy of Chinese Culture and Health Sciences. Her journey to discovering her life’s purpose led to a deep fascination with the human body.
With over 20 years of experience, she has studied neuromuscular therapy, yoga therapy, nutritional therapy, herbal therapy, corrective exercise, acupuncture, and Chinese medicine. She completed 650 hours of massage therapy training at the Crestone Healing Arts Center in 2000, followed by yoga teacher training at The Mount Madonna Institute and herbal studies at The Northwest School of Botanical Studies.
A traumatic knee injury sparked her passion for orthopedics and injury rehabilitation, leading her to explore neuromuscular reprogramming and exercise rehab. After a decade in injury rehab, she returned to school to further her studies, ultimately earning her acupuncture licensure and doctorate. Her lifelong curiosity about the body keeps her dedicated to helping others heal.
