The Academy of Chinese Culture and Health Sciences is offering introductory lessons in Taiji and Qi Gong.
Our instructors focus on basic movements that help develop whole body awareness and connection.
You’ll learn relatively simple exercises, motions that highlight key Taiji principles and that lay the foundations for a lifelong vitality-enhancing experience.
Taught in a friendly, supportive environment, the class is perfect for day to day stress!
It includes a 5 element Qi Gong set, a Taiji sequence, meditation, and lots of fun exploratory movement.
